What data we process

The site has no forms and does not collect data. If you e-mail or call us, we process the data you give us: usually your name, e-mail address, company name, phone number and the content of your message.

The hosting server records technical data in its logs: IP address, time, page address and browser information.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your message and preparing an offer at your request: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Keeping correspondence, securing the site and pursuing claims: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients

Data may be received by service providers we use: the hosting company and the e-mail provider. They process it on our behalf.

We do not sell data or pass it to other companies for marketing.

Retention

We keep correspondence for 12 months after the last contact, and if we conclude a contract, for its duration and the limitation period for claims.

Server logs are kept by the hosting company for the period set by its rules.

Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence or, in Poland, with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Voluntary contact

Contacting us is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot reply to your message.
