Who it is for
Ordiflor is built for companies that trade in living goods. For the start we are preparing it for a wholesaler that imports flowers and plants from Holland and sells to businesses on VAT invoices.
Flower and plant wholesalers
Trucks from Holland arrive several times a week, florists and shops order by phone, and every sale ends with an invoice.
- You load exporters’ files with a preview, and the program remembers the column layout (Pro plan). EDI is coming soon.
- Purchase invoices from KSeF are linked to goods receipts.
- The cost of each delivery with exchange rate and freight, visible only to authorised users.
- Orders with picking on a mobile scanner and a goods-issue note (WZ) on dispatch.
- VAT invoice in KSeF straight away, PDF by e-mail, sales on payment terms and a list of receivables.
Cut flowers
The goods lose value day by day, and they are counted in stems, bunches and buckets.
- The stem as a unit, bunch, bucket and box as packaging.
- Colour from the company’s colour list with an optional RHS® code and length on the product, grade and opening stage on the delivery.
- Deliveries by sell-by date and a suggestion of the oldest one in the order.
- Natural wastage as a separate loss type, recorded in bulk.
Shops and garden centres
